GLOSSARY
Annoyed: to disturb or bother (a person) in a way that displeases, troubles, or slightly irritates. 
Broke: without money.
Messy: dirty, untidy, or disorderly.
Pleased: having a feeling of pleasure, happiness, or satisfaction.
Rich: having wealth or great possessions.
Tidy: neat and orderly, as in appearance or dress.
Bridge: a structure that reaches across a river, road, etc., and provides a way of crossing.
Net: a fabric made up of evenly sized open mesh.
Slide: to (cause to) move in continuous contact with a smooth or slippery surface.
Tunnel: an underground passage, esp. one for trains or automobiles.
Wall: a vertical, upright structure used to form part of a shelter, to divide an area into rooms, or to protect.
Bride: a newly married woman or one about to be married.
Get married: when ypu start your life with another person legaly.
Groom: a man or boy in charge of horses or a stable.
Valuable: worth a great deal of money.
Wedding: the act or ceremony of marrying.

PINK FLOYD PROJECT

Pink Floyd is a group of four members that change the music and they create new styles. Also they create a new meaning for the rock opera, composing new songs and completes CD´s , talking about life, with deep lyrics and music, during their 50 years of  history.


WISH YOU WERE HERE , the story of this song

They composed this song in honor of the first lider of the group, Sid Barret, that he had to be expel on account of his mental condition after his abuse with the LSD (drug).
The workmate that expel him , Water,  felt sorry about that, so he decided to compose this song in his honor.

CHARLES DICKENS

Charles John Huffam Dickens, was his complete name.
He was born 7-02-1812 in Portsmouth, England.
When he was 11 he strated to worked on a factory, and years later this experience. become one of the story of his noveDavid Copperfield.
He was self-taught, it means that he learned by himself.


The society was very inequality, there were a lot of poor people.


He wrote a lot of famous stories such as:
- A Christmas Carol
-Oliver twist
- etc.

He died 9-06-1870, in Gad´s Hill Place, England, with an illness.
